What makes Queens United Boat Rentals different from other rentals?
Great Question! The biggest difference is the customer service you’ll receive to ensure a memorable experience. Here at Queens United, we treat you like family, and want you to have the best day possible on the lake. We also offer the best quality of NEW 2021 boats and have full 8 hour rental time windows (9am-5pm, etc.), so that’s something to keep in mind while you’re shopping for a rental boat.

How many passengers do your boats carry?
Our Godfrey pontoon is rated to carry 10 passengers (or a max weight around 1600lbs).

What can we bring on the boat? 

Most people will bring towels, coolers, food, drinks and Yes, Alcohol is allowed. Drink Responsibly!

Is smoking allowed?

NO SMOKING allowed on boat!

Are there any hidden costs/fees to the rental price?
Nope, we don’t hide anything. However, there are additional fees to be mindful of. We do have late fees if you bring the boat back late, and a $100 cleaning fee if it comes back dirty, no fuel charges apply!

What if I damage something on the boat?
If there is damage to the boat, we ask you to call us immediately and inform us. We want you and our boats to come back the same way they went out, but damage sometimes does happen. REMEMBER: If the boat is damaged, the person renting the boat is responsible for paying for the damages.

Does Queens United Boat Rentals supply a Boat Driver?
Sure do! A driver is INCLUDED in the Queens United Luxury Experience. You, my friend, can sit back, relax, and allow your driver to do the work while you enjoy your day.

Do I have to pay for gas?
No, gas is included with your rental (up to 1 full tank)

Do I get a discount if I rent a boat for more than one day?
If you’re wanting to rent for more than one day, please call us at 980-365-1529 or 856-577-4653 so we can get you the best price available!
              

Do you rent multi-day or weekly rentals?
YES! Give us a call with the dates you’re looking for so we can get you the best price available for your needs.

Do you allow pets on your rental boats?
We love our fur babies just as much as you do, so for an additional cost we sure do!

Do I need to bring a life vest?
You can if you’d like, but all of our boats are equipped with enough life vests per person boarding the boat.

Do my kids have to wear a life vest?
YES! Kids 13 and under MUST wear a life vest the entire time while aboard one of our vessels.

What are you doing to clean your rental boats during the COVID-19 crisis?
Along with having new, clean boats every year and cleaning them thoroughly every day, we are using approved cleaning materials in high-touch areas. We want to give you the peace of mind when taking out our rentals so you can have a safe, fun-filled day of fun on the lake!
